For Local and Export Use | Simplicity of Design | Designed for Rapid Reaction 2 Part Urethanes | Advantages of Low Pressure Equipment

LiquiMix® pump components are all precision made to exacting tolerances by ISO 9001 accredited engineering firms. All metal components used in the manufacture of LiquiMix® pumps, guns, fittings and frames are turned and machined from Australian made steel, brass and aluminium. In fact nearly 100% of the entire LiquiMix® range of components, including the hoses, are made in Australia. Even the entire design process has been carried out in Australia. From the drawings, through to the manufacturing and the field-testing, it has all been done in Australia!

For Local and Export Use

Operators all over Australia are using LiquiMix® equipment in the field right now. Tough conditions in heat and cold don't stop the rugged LiquiMix® machines from doing their job. Even continuous operation for hours at a time everyday won't stop LiquiMix® equipment from operating smoothly, quietly and efficiently. And it's not just locally that LiquiMix® is making a name for itself. Units are being exported across the globe.

Simplicity of Design

A team of professionals, using the latest CAD programmes, have designed LiquiMix® equipment to ensure simplicity of design, ease of use and reliability. The LiquiMix® team is quick to respond to any problems and overcome them with innovative technology. All improvements and changes are tracked through our ongoing CAD design programme.

Designed for Rapid Reaction 2 Part Urethanes

Most Urethane Elastomers must be heated prior to mixing. LiquiMix® Urethane Elastomer Spray Equipment has been designed specifically for use with the new modern Urethanes that require no heating. This new generation Elastomer has many applications in both the waterproofing industry as well as in protective coatings. Used with LiquiMix® equipment, it also passes local emission control standards. The unit shown above has been designed to spray Urethane with a 1:1 mix ratio. However any mix ratio can be catered for. Heating elements can be added to the equipment for use with materials that require heating or for use in cold climates. The unit can be used with Urethanes that have a reaction time of greater than 10 seconds.

Advantages of Low Pressure Equipment
  1. Low-pressure equipment is easy to maintain. It takes only a few minutes at the end of each day to ensure the system is ready for the following day.

  2. The amount of blowback off the job is greatly reduced. With dozens of fluid tip and air atomisation combinations available, the operator can tailor the spray pattern and volume output to suit any application. The controllable fan pattern coupled with excellent transfer efficiency ensure that LiquiMix® equipment delivers big savings in both materials and time.

  3. The capital cost of the equipment is lower than equivalent airless units.

  4. Genuine LiquiMix® spare parts are inexpensive and readily available.

  5. Because expensive high-pressure hoses are not needed, much lighter ones can be used. This saving in weight greatly reduces operator fatigue. Lighter hoses are much easier to coil up and store away when the job is finished.
